Herbal Ball Compress
Hot compresses induce deep relaxation, relieving stress and fatigue. It is ideal for alleviating stiffness, soreness and pulled muscles. It gives the body an energy boost and soothes sore and overworked muscles.

Traditional Thai Massage
Increases flexibility and relieves muscular tension by using thumbs, palms and applying elbow pressure, muscle compression and stretching. It helps to remove stress from the body and mind.

Reflexology
Improves circulation by gently massaging feet and pressure points. It reduces fatigue and improves physical balance. It helps harmonies the body and mind and ease away pain.
